Love is all there is-True Confidence

True confidence is something that comes with age and experience. True confidence is something that derives from your higher self, your higher consciousness.
True confidence is love, Knowing you are love, you come from love and love is all there is.

Loving yourself, knowing you worth, loving the very air your breathe.
Confidence comes with being connected to God and your spirit.
Knowing we are all one,we are all connected and therefore we must love and respect
each-other.

Anything else is not confidence and you will always find yourself feeling less than.

Marianne Williamson express this so beautifully with her words, quoted.

Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness that most frightens us. We ask ourselves, Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, fabulous? Actually, who are you not to be? You are a child of God. Your playing small does not serve the world. There is nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won't feel insecure around you. We are all meant to shine, as children do. We were born to make manifest the glory of God that is within us. It is not just in some of us; it is in everyone. And as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same. As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others.
-- Marianne Williamson

Love is what we are born with. Fear is what we learn. The spiritual journey is the unlearning of fear and prejudices and the acceptance of love back in our hearts. Love is the essential reality and our purpose on earth. To be consciously aware of it, to experience love in ourselves and others, is the meaning of life. Meaning does not lie in things. Meaning lies in us.

Surrender to the Grace of God

Surrendering to the grace of God means giving up resistance, worry and control of things we have no control over. Surrender To let your Inner Guidance, your Higher self lead you to your heart desires and destiny--In order to achieve full abundance we must surrender to our higher self.

The Soul

"The soul is simply the spirit of self. It lives within self, nourishes and defines self, and ultimately survives self. Fear and anger are powerful emotions that drive the soul which in turn drives self to action. They can create positive effects even though they are negative emotions. In ancient Rome, the word genius meant spirit of the person. Some of the greatest geniuses of all time like Mozart, Leonardo Da Vinci and Thomas Edison had great souls that helped them realize their visions."

Qoute of the day

“My neighbor likes where I stay, but doesn’t know the price I pay; My neighbor like my clothes, but hadn’t seen me with my scars exposed.”
-Gnarls Barkley-

Sunday;Declaration of Faith

I refuse to be worried about my provision for my life. I know that I will have plenty to eat and drink, and plenty of clothes to wear.
My father considers my life precious in his sight and will not force me to go
without the things that I need. He is ever ready to be my provider.

I know that worrying is useful only for my destruction. It does not add anything good in my life,or give me anything that I need. Therefore,I cast worry far from me and live with peace and security.

When anxiety comes against me,I will consider the flowers of the field, they neither toil or spin.

India Arie - Beautiful Flower

Declaration of Faith

I do not forget the benefits of living wisely.
I understand the rules that I must follow in order
to be a success in life and I submit to them willing
ly. Because of this,my life is prolonged by many years
and my prosperity overflows like a geyser in a desert land.

I will never fail to let love and faithfulness fill me. I bind them
about my neck and write them on the tablet of my heart. By them, favor prevails
in my life and I obtain a good and honorable name in the sight of God and men.

I give my whole heart to trust in the lord. I will not be the fool who balances his life on the brace of human understanding. I am God-inside minded at all times
and never cease to acknowledge his presence to guide me in all that I do.

A white Rose

The red rose whispers of passion,
And the white rose breathes of love;
O the red rose is a falcon,
And the white rose is a dove.

But I send you a cream-white rosebud
With a flush on its petal tips;
For the love that is purest and sweetest
Has a kiss of desire on the lips.

Happy Martin Luther King Day

YES WE CAN! Poem and Video

"Yes We Can" - the poem.

From a speech by Barack Obama and a video made from it. Plus
links to the video and to an MP3 made of its soundtrack.

YES WE CAN

It was a creed, written into the founding documents
That declared the destiny of a nation:

Yes we can.

It was whispered by slaves and abolitionists
As they blazed a trail for freedom:

Yes we can.

It was sung by immigrants as they struck out from the shores,
Pioneers who pushed westward against the unforgiving wilderness:

Yes we can.

It was a call of workers organized,
Women who reached for the ballots,
A president who chose the moon as our new frontier,
And a King who took us to the mountaintop,
And pointed the way to the promised land:

Yes we can, to justice and equality.

Yes we can.

Yes we can, to opportunity and prosperity,
Yes we can, to opportunity and prosperity.
Yes we can heal this nation.
Yes we can repair this world.

Yes we can.

We know the battle ahead will be long.
But always remember that no matter what obstacles stand in our way,
Nothing can stand in the way of the power
Of millions of voices calling for change.

We want change.

We have been told we cannot do this, by a chorus of cynics
That will only grow louder and more dissonant.
We have been asked to pause for a reality check.
We've been warned against offering the people of this nation, false
hope.
But in the unlikely story that is America,
There has never been anything false about hope.

We want change.

From the hope that the little girl
Who goes to the public school in Dillon
Are same as the dreams of the boy
Who learns on the streets of LA.

We will remember that there is something happening in America,
That we are not as divided as our politcs suggest.
That we are one people, we are one nation.
And together we will begin the next great chapter in the American story
With three words that will ring
From coast to coast, from sea to shining sea:

Yes we can.

Healing Light meditations-Louise Hayes

Loving Treatment Affirmations-Louise Hayes

LOVING TREATMENT

Deep at the centre of my being there is an infinite well of love.

I now allow this love to flow to the surface.

It fills my heart, my body, my mind, my consciousness, my very being, and radiates out from me in all directions and returns to me multiplied.

The more love I use and give, the more I have to give, the supply is endless.

The use of love makes me feel good; it is an expression of my inner joy.

Yes, I love myself, therefore I take loving care of my body.

I lovingly feed it nourishing food and beverages.

I lovingly groom it and dress it and my body lovingly responds to me with vibrant health and energy.

I love myself, therefore I provide for myself a comfortable home, one that fills all my needs and is a pleasure to be in.

I fill the rooms with the vibration of love so that all who enter, myself included, will feel this love and be nourished by it.

I love myself, therefore I work at a job that I truly enjoy doing, one that uses all my talents and abilities, working with and for people that I love and love me, and earning a good income.

I love myself, therefore, I behave in a loving way to all people for I know that that which I give out returns to me multiplied.

I only attract loving people in my world for they are a mirror of what I am.

I love myself, therefore I forgive and totally release the past and all past experiences and I am free.

I love myself, therefore I love totally in the now, experiencing each moment as good and knowing that my future is bright, and joyous and secure, for I am a beloved child of the universe and the universe lovingly takes care of me now and forever more.

And so it is.

Compassion

Bertrand Russell:

Three passions have governed my life:
The longings for love, the search for knowledge,
And unbearable pity for the suffering of [humankind].

Love brings ecstasy and relieves loneliness.
In the union of love I have seen
In a mystic miniature the prefiguring vision
Of the heavens that saints and poets have imagined.

With equal passion I have sought knowledge.
I have wished to understand the hearts of [people].
I have wished to know why the stars shine.

Love and knowledge led upwards to the heavens,
But always pity brought me back to earth;
Cries of pain reverberated in my heart
Of children in famine, of victims tortured
And of old people left helpless.
I long to alleviate the evil, but I cannot,
And I too suffer.

This has been my life; I found it worth living.

Michelle Obama

Very Inspirational Letter from Barack Obama to his kids

Dear Malia and Sasha,

I know that you've both had a lot of fun these last two years on the campaign trail, going to picnics and parades and state fairs, eating all sorts of junk food your mother and I probably shouldn't have let you have. But I also know that it hasn't always been easy for you and Mom, and that as excited as you both are about that new puppy, it doesn't make up for all the time we've been apart. I know how much I've missed these past two years, and today I want to tell you a little more about why I decided to take our family on this journey.

When I was a young man, I thought life was all about me—about how I'd make my way in the world, become successful, and get the things I want. But then the two of you came into my world with all your curiosity and mischief and those smiles that never fail to fill my heart and light up my day. And suddenly, all my big plans for myself didn't seem so important anymore. I soon found that the greatest joy in my life was the joy I saw in yours. And I realized that my own life wouldn't count for much unless I was able to ensure that you had every opportunity for happiness and fulfillment in yours. In the end, girls, that's why I ran for President: because of what I want for you and for every child in this nation.

I want all our children to go to schools worthy of their potential—schools that challenge them, inspire them, and instill in them a sense of wonder about the world around them. I want them to have the chance to go to college—even if their parents aren't rich. And I want them to get good jobs: jobs that pay well and give them benefits like health care, jobs that let them spend time with their own kids and retire with dignity.

I want us to push the boundaries of discovery so that you'll live to see new technologies and inventions that improve our lives and make our planet cleaner and safer. And I want us to push our own human boundaries to reach beyond the divides of race and region, gender and religion that keep us from seeing the best in each other.

Sometimes we have to send our young men and women into war and other dangerous situations to protect our country—but when we do, I want to make sure that it is only for a very good reason, that we try our best to settle our differences with others peacefully, and that we do everything possible to keep our servicemen and women safe. And I want every child to understand that the blessings these brave Americans fight for are not free—that with the great privilege of being a citizen of this nation comes great responsibility.

That was the lesson your grandmother tried to teach me when I was your age, reading me the opening lines of the Declaration of Independence and telling me about the men and women who marched for equality because they believed those words put to paper two centuries ago should mean something.

She helped me understand that America is great not because it is perfect but because it can always be made better—and that the unfinished work of perfecting our union falls to each of us. It's a charge we pass on to our children, coming closer with each new generation to what we know America should be.

I hope both of you will take up that work, righting the wrongs that you see and working to give others the chances you've had. Not just because you have an obligation to give something back to this country that has given our family so much—although you do have that obligation. But because you have an obligation to yourself. Because it is only when you hitch your wagon to something larger than yourself that you will realize your true potential.

These are the things I want for you—to grow up in a world with no limits on your dreams and no achievements beyond your reach, and to grow into compassionate, committed women who will help build that world. And I want every child to have the same chances to learn and dream and grow and thrive that you girls have. That's why I've taken our family on this great adventure.

I am so proud of both of you. I love you more than you can ever know. And I am grateful every day for your patience, poise, grace, and humor as we prepare to start our new life together in the White House.

Believe in yourself

"The law of the LORD is perfect, reviving the soul. The statutes of the LORD are trustworthy, making wise the simple. The precepts of the LORD are right, giving joy to the heart. The commands of the LORD are radiant, giving light to the eyes. The fear of the LORD is pure, enduring forever. The ordinances of the LORD are sure and altogether righteous."
-Psalm 19:7-9

"The LORD is my shepherd; I shall not want. He maketh me to lie down in green pastures: he leadeth me beside the still waters. He restoreth my soul: he leadeth me in the paths of righteousness for his name's sake. Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for thou art with me; thy rod and thy staff they comfort me. Thou preparest a table before me in the presence of mine enemies: thou anointest my head with oil; my cup runneth over. Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life: and I will dwell in the house of the LORD for ever."
-Psalm 23

"Show me your ways, O LORD, teach me your paths; guide me in your truth and teach me, for you are God my Savior, and my hope is in you all day long. Remember, O LORD, your great mercy and love, for they are from of old. Remember not the sins of my youth and my rebellious ways; according to your love remember me, for you are good, O LORD."
-Psalm 25:4-7

"The LORD is my strength and my shield; my heart trusts in him, and I am helped. My heart leaps for joy and I will give thanks to him in song. The LORD is the strength of his people, a fortress of salvation for his anointed one. Save your people and bless your inheritance; be their shepherd and carry them forever."
-Psalm 28:7-9

The Beauty of a woman

The Beauty Of A Woman

The beauty of a woman
isn't in the clothes she wears,
The figure that she carries,
or the way she combs her hair.

The beauty of a woman
must be seen from in her eyes;
Because that's the doorway to her heart,
the place where love resides.

The beauty of a woman
isn't in a facial mole;
But true beauty in a woman,
is reflected by her soul.

It's the caring that she cares to give,
the passion that she shows;
And the beauty of a woman
with passing years only grows.

The Journey

Journey

From where I started to where I am today
The journey has been long & tiring
from nothing to some thing I am today
It’s not been an easy journey.

Tried with luck; Tried with hard work
Tried with destiny too
But nothing worked for me.
It’s not been an easy journey.

Found love but lost love too
Found friends but lost them too
Found money, even lost that one too
But the journey continued

Today I stand facing the world
It’s beckoning me to start all over again
While I miss my love
With whom I could start the journey again

I called up my love to join me again
In the journey of life that never concludes
Loser! ! She called me
The lesson of journey never concludes.

I want to move on without my love
Even without my friends & money
As life moves on; I move on with it
To a journey that never concludes

Walking alone on this path
With guts and determination
I want to continue the journey again
A journey where people would remember me
As the man who won million hearts

Beauty tips

'Beauty tips.' For attractive lips, speak words of kindness. For lovely eyes, seek out the good in people. For a slim figure, share your food with the hungry. For beautiful hair, let a child run his/her fingers through it once a day. For poise, walk with the knowledge that you never walk alone. People, even more than things, have to be restored, renewed, revived, reclaimed, and redeemed; never throw out anyone. Remember, if you ever need a helping hand, you will find one at the end of each of your arms. As you grow older, you will discover that you have two hands; one for helping yourself, and the other for helping others. ~ Audrey Hepburn

New Years Resolution

It's a brand New Year and it's that time again to make New Year's Resolution for a NEW,better you.

I believe New Years resolutions are great, writing things down and setting Goals for yourself is always a positive thing, the problem is keeping your goals and achieving your goals.

Most people don't keep their New Year's Resolution and end up feeling guilty,or feeling like failures, for not following through with their Goals and Ideals.

This New Year instead of writing down a New years Resolution.

FOCUS ON LOVE

Focus on loving yourself just as you are, right now,Focus on loving others the people around you. Focus on forgiving yourself and others who have hurt you. Focus on vision, the vision you have for your life and take action. Believe in yourself. Read books on Positive thinking and the law of attraction.

Keep a Gratitude Journal, write down everyday what you are grateful for,and for the things you want to happen in your life--for your future intentions--write down I'm grateful now that I will be losing 10 pounds or I'm grateful now that I'm living my passions.

Visualize everyday for 10 minutes how you want your life to be.

Create a Vision board--A vision Board is a poster board or a Foam Board with pictures of how you want your life to be,or something you want to possess,a new car,a new home, marriage,a new relationship and so on. TRY IT,IT WORKS.

Write yourself checks, but don't just write the checks and put somewhere and forget about it,write the checks and visualize how you are going to obtain it,believe will obtain and earned that money and take action.

The most important thing is LOVE,love yourself this year,GIVE LOVE and everything else will flow in alignment.
